people are not listening to officers running away but when they shoot at them or not give them medical attention and they die and then people try to come and ask for things and justice when the cough cough victims were the ones doing things they were not suppose to be doing why do people think its the fault of an officer that the victim was not following directions????

People still tend to blame the officers because instead of the officers shooting and killing the possible "unarmed" person , they could just simply chase them down or just let them go. But instead the officers usually take it upon themselves to shoot them. They could taze them for all I care! Yes the victims are in the wrong for running from the police but the officer could make better decisions also.

I do agree with you, the victims are not always "victims" however, both parties are in the wrong. The person in custody had the chance to cooperate and go smoothly, however many do not. The police officers are in legal charge of the person in custody as well, and if a person were to run away from a cop, they are not permitted to use lethal force to kill. They are aupposed to maim the run away by shooting in the legs. Many cops do not adhere to this though, so if a person were to die on police custody and the death isn't by natural causes, then the police SHOULD LEGALLY be at fault.

Sometimes the "Victim" has done something wrong, but are they always wrong? The big uproar with the polices is how they go about handling the situation. Do you think that it is OK to take someone's life just because they weren't following the instructions. I believe that these situations can solved with another method.

I believe the reason people get so upset at the officer is because the fact that he or she killed the person. Even if they arnt listening there are always other ways besides killing a person. Killing should never be the answer. Just think on how much it would affect a person. What if your mom saw you dead just because you didn't want to listen to a cop if he tells you to put your hands up or something. Your mom would never see you again and you can't change that

Three things i learned from the the story i read yesterday is that Cinco De Mayo was when Mexico defeated France. The second thing i learned was that the French was one of the best armies in the world and Mexico defeated it. The third thing i learned was that the independence day for Mexico is in September 16 and it goes back to 1810 I did not know any of this.
