A fool may believe that after his formal education is over because he has graduated college and that he has nothing more to learn, but a wise man knows that you can learn something new everyday, regardless of your age or profession. If someone thinks that they know everything they close their mind to learning new things and lose the chance to be a better, more educated person. I think this directly relates to Shakespeare's quote "The fool doth think he is wise, but the wise man knows himself to be a fool."
