         <description><![CDATA[<div>Pressure injuries are usually caused by unrelieved pressure on the skin. The most common cites for pressure ulcers are on bony areas. The top areas vulnerable to pressure ulcers are: the back of the head and ears, shoulders, elbow, lower back and buttocks, the hips,  the inner knees, and the heels. </div>]]></description>

It appears reddened and does not blanch. n darker people the area might not appear red I might just be a different color then the skin around it. The temperature is often warmer. The sore may feel either firmer or softer than the area around it.</div>]]></description>

Another cause can be that the skin is too moist.  A pressure ulcer can also form depending on the amount of pressure that is put on the skin.</div>]]></description>

Keeping the skin dry and can be another prevention. Using pillows can also be a prevention . Putting pillows between body parts so they don't press on each other. Exercising can also be a prevention.          <description><![CDATA[<div>A stage four pressure ulcer is the deepest and most severe pressure ulcer. This pressure ulcer reaches into muscle and bone causing extensive damage. Due to the significant amount of tissue damage caused by a stage four pressure ulcer there may be little to no pain felt in the area affected. Serious complications and infections can splurge from a pressure ulcer this severe an example would be osteomyelitis (infection in the bone). </div>]]></description>
