  LEMON SORBET

  It has a color as bright as the sun, a delicious scent and a flavor that tingles slightly but cannot be resisted: it is lemon. It plays an excellent role in a dessert that everyone has had the opportunity to try at least once in their life: lemon sorbet.

  The sorbet has a fresh and thirst-quenching taste, together with a delicately sour aftertaste, making this creamy cold dessert a masterpiece to be served at the end of the meal as a digestive.But every moment is the right one!

Especially teenagers need to eat healthy to grow. But some of them start to worry about food and stop eating well or eat too little.

Teens with anorexia often suffer from depression or anxiety.

It is important to consult a doctor or nutritionist and have a friendly family. Together, they can help the person achieve a healthy weight by following a nutritious diet.

WHAT CAUSES EATING DISORDERS

There is no single cause for an eating disorder.

Most adolescents develop anorexia between the ages of 13 and 15. It is one of the most stressful periods in a person's life.

Some teenagers simply don't feel good about themselves, and they are under a lot of pressure to succeed and fit in. Many desperately try to conform to the aesthetic models of our society.

You try to look like actors and actresses, models and stars.

The family plays an important role in the life of a teenager: if there are problems or shortcomings at home, everything is thrown on the kids. Furthermore, in families where the expression of feelings is not allowed or problems are not discussed, one feels alone and discouraged. So he may find that eating helps comfort him.

Even if he doesn't get good grades, he may fear that his parents don't love him. This may cause him to not eat as a form of self-punishment.

Schools should also take an active role in the prevention of eating disorders, educating adolescents about the dangers of eating disorders and helping them during difficult periods in their lives. Teaching them that to be successful in life what matters is what a person is and not what he looks like!

The Catholic queen, for her intolerance in religious matters, became popularly known as 'Bloody Mary.

Freed by Catherine Parr after Henry's death, however returned as a prisoner when her half-sister, Mary, became queen. At 25, Elizabeth ascended to the throne, after Mary’s death.
