This workshop will support learning leaders as they continue to develop their IB World School through a reflection on the purpose, culture and environment of their learning organization, as well as their agency for growing leadership capacity within the school.

Building on this understanding, leaders will consider the ways in which they will place learning at the centre of their IB programme, through the thoughtful development of purpose, culture and environment, in alignment with the IB’s Standards and practices.
