Therefore, teachers need to work together to support student learning. New teachers face many problems to get used to the environment, school culture, students needs, curriculum and more. On the other hand, experienced teachers face with many issues as well because the skills they developed in the past are no longer sufficient to meet their students’ diverse needs. Staff development programs take a significant role at this point. Staff development can be through workshops, learning institutes. Peer coaching programs are also another way to develop as well. Peer coaching involves teachers supporting teachers as they apply and reflect on new ways of teaching to better meet the needs of students.
