Also, in our breakout room session 3: our big take away was regarding encouraging inclusive communication. Various methods of communication were preferred such as email, messenger, social media. And, Language matters and we need to use more inclusive language vs ‘othering’ it should not be ‘they/their’ community, it’s OUR community.
