This is a competent response to the set question. You set out quite a wide range of relevant arguments, which are generally supported by reliable sources. Your explanations and claims are generally clear and persuasive. A point to work on however, is making sure that all significant and possibly controversial claims, as well as statistics, are supported by sources. Most of your discussion of real-life examples, for instance, was not backed up by references. In terms of organisation, the essay was very clearly and logically structured, with an introduction including elements of a thesis statement and overview as well as a comprehensive summary in the conclusion. Your use of headings and subheadings is probably more suited to longer texts such as dissertations or genres such as business reports or case studies, since in a shorter piece of writing topic sentences can do much of this work. The use of in-text citations and reference list entries followed the Harvard style accurately, but make sure to adequately paraphrase text taken from sources even when there is a citation. Word-for-word reproduction must be quotation even if a source is provided. The language use in this text is of a very high level, allowing detailed and clear explanation, for example of the subtleties of definitions of ESG investing. Just take care to explain any technical terms which you think the reader might be unfamiliar with.
