The Hispanic heritage celebration that we did on zoom was very informational. I learned a lot of things about Hispanic culture while we were on the call. One of those things that I learned was the different types of foods that different Hispanic cultures eat such as mango tamales, pupusas. Another thing that I learned was the different types of dances that the culture has such as salsa, mambo, and merengue. One last thing that I learned on the Zoom call was how to make really cool Hispanic artwork called Papel Picado.

The Hispanic celebration that we did on friday was amazing. The zoom call made it fun for us to learn about the Hispanic culture. I learned so much on that zoom call, theses are some of the things I learned. The first thing I learned was the That The National Hispanic Heritage Month is from sep 15 to oct 15. I also learned about the type of dances that they do such as the salsa, tango, mambo, and bachata. The final thing I learned was the different types of food they eat, such as empanadas, tamales, pupusas, and flan. My personal favorite Hispanic food is empanadas.

I learned about several Spanish foods such as tacos, churros, and paellas(a rice dish). I learned about paper picado which is a form of art where you fold and cut to make designs. I learned about the three Americas with are North America, South America, and Central America.
