         <description><![CDATA[<div>We must follow email etiquette in our professional communication because it is a form of communication which is a reflection of senders and responders.<br>It’s not hard to maintain good email etiquette once we know what it is. A company needs to implement etiquette rules for the following three reasons:<br><strong>Professionalism:</strong> by using proper email language your company will convey a professional image. <strong>Efficiency:</strong> emails that get to the point are much more effective than poorly worded emails.    <strong>Protection from liability:</strong> employee awareness of email risks will protect your company from costly law suits.</div>]]></description>

Everyone has an email address, and you can send a message from any email provider to any email provider. </li><li>You can send a single message to a large group of people. Rather than sending out a bunch of separate text messages, or engaging in various instant messaging situations, you can communicate with an entire team, or list of individuals at once. </li><li> It provides a written record. Messages can be centrally stored and archived, and the history of replies or forwards can be maintained. </li><li>It is a formal way to communicate. Emails can be used to communicate with teacher, boss, a company head, and even in education institutions</li></ul><div>        </div>]]></description>
