I have found this to be a great way to practice basic facts. The quiz is led by me, but the students do the quiz on their own. They have to race a timer to get their answer in. After all students have answered then they see who is in the top 5 of fastest and most accurate in the class. Each student earns points for how quickly they answered correctly.
