Because of this they were barely attacked because they can never get through it gate, They first made a bridge that could pull up and block enemies, then they made iron caged gates for extra protection. They went straight to the gates and tried to take it down but they couldnt instead pull the bridge up. Then build their own defenses by building over the wall and made a catapult. But both of them were taken down by their own catapult.
