• You must use the Celtx program to write scripts.

• The film must be copyrighted. 

• Participants must complete the registration process online through the official festival website.

• Registration for the festival will open on the 1st of October each year.

• In the film, may use original music or royalty-free music.

• The films may have a duration of 5 to 20 minutes. They must be short films of any fiction genre.

• You can submit proposals until October 20.

• You must prove that you are a T.U.P.A. student.

• The short film must be sent to this platform in digital format (drive, youtube or vimeo link).

• The project folder must have a technical team, synopsis, script, technical script, character sheet, motivation and budget.

• The film can last up to ten minutes

• The film can include up to 3 characters

• The theme of the short film can only be horror or suspense

5) Within the technical staff, each department must have a TUPA student assistant.

7) The maximum duration of the film must be 1 hour and 30 minutes.

8) The movie should have its titles in english.

9) The registration wil be available until 07/18/24.

1. Only students of TUPA can registrate his short films for the festival.

2. The short films must have follow the next tematic: Passion.

3. The short films must have subtitles in all dialogs even if they are in Spanish.

4. All short film´s integrants must appear in the credits with his roles.

5. They will have to film the short only in 2 locations.

6. The short film should last maximun 15 minutes.

7. The work team must have at least 5 technicians.

8. The short film must have film with phone camera.

9. All short films must have register before 8 may of 2024.

10. All short film´s integrants must go to the premiere.

Rules and Regulations:

-Be a UNC estudent

-The duration of the films must be 10 minutes long.

-The Thematic is free

-Registration date on the 1st of June

-Deadline to deliver film 30st of October

-Work with other faculties:

• A- The faculties of art and music will provide the artistic

1- The films have to be suitable for all audience.

2- The allowed genres are: comedy and drama.

3- The scenes must take place in the province of Mendoza.

4- All lenguaje considered vulgar is excluded.

5- Must have a maximum of 3 locations.

6- The lexicon used must be understood by the entire Argentine territory.

7- The use of cell phones to film the scenes is excluded.

8- The Audiovisual will last a maximum of 15 minutes.

9- The entire technical team will appear in the credits of the film.

10- The film may be used in the future as part of the event's marketing.

- The film duration can't be more then fifteen minutes.

- The film must be horizontal.

- Films should be original works.

- Filmmakers can submit individually or groups (no more of 4 four).

- The student can’t enter more than two films in the same edition.

- Films must be a minimum resolution of 1080p.

- Sound must be clear and properly mixed.

- Films should have subtitles.

- The films can be released before the Festival.
