Police has a suspect in custody on suspicion of her disappearance named Cleotha Abston, who was 38. On footage Abston was seen exiting the vehicle and forcing the victim in the vehicle. The police then announced on Monday, September 5,2022 , they found a body which was later identified on Tuesday as Eliza Fletcher. Abston was just released from prison in November 2020 for a kidnapping of a lawyer.
