How familiar are you with Erasmus+ and what do you know about it? Many people are aware of the exchange programs facilitated by bilateral agreements between two or three universities, often aimed at obtaining a degree. Some may also be acquainted with the Erasmus+ Mundus Programme.

Erasmus+ Key Action 1 focuses on mobility projects, providing opportunities for individuals to undertake learning, training, and teaching experiences abroad.

Rules of Behavior during the project

Firstly, it's important to note that the project is not your holiday trip but a part of the European Union's programs funded by taxpayers from EU countries including your parents. As such, please show respect to the trainers, facilitators, and fellow participants. Additionally, adhere to rules set by the host organization, both at the national and local levels. Typically, maintaining silence after 10 pm is required. Show consideration for others and the local community. Refrain from bringing any types of drugs. If you have food allergies or disabilities, kindly inform the host organizations in advance. Active participation is crucial for success, and if you have any questions, always feel free to ask your trainers.

Networking and Participation

Active participation is crucial for most participants, as falling below a 90% attendance may pose reimbursement issues. While the specific rule varies between projects, it is advised to attend all sessions unless there are valid reasons, such as unexpected illness. 2. Project completion report

After the project is concluded, kindly create an official completion report by one of the participants or through collaboration with them. The report should be presented in a free-form style, as it will be shared on our Instagram post, Facebook page, and official webpage. 3. Organizing local workshops

Organizing local workshops is optional, with some host organizations requiring them. However, we highly encourage hosting workshops in your surroundings. For instance, you can gather with friends and colleagues to share what you've learned through the project. This significantly contributes to the visibility of our project and enhances our prospects for future initiatives. If you organize some of them, please remember to take some pictures. We may upload your activities in our official channels.

Logistic guidelines vary depending on the projects and countries you travel. Therefore, before making preparations, we kindly ask you to thoroughly read the accompanying information pack. Following is the essentials for the logistic preparation.

Please do not buy any transportation tickets including flight before you receive the permission from us or host organization.
Once you bought the tickets please keep the original bills and boarding pass until we ask after the project finished. (If you check-in with your phone, please make screenshot). Ryanair disappear after the flights.
Please make sure to bring European Health Card, we recommend to purchase travel insurance.
For accommodation, you will stay with others. Please respect local rules and others.
Travel reimbursement takes usually 2 - 3 months after the project completion and maximum amount id depends on distance from Tampere (our organization) to the project venue.
Make sure the emergency numbers in local. Some countries are different dial numbers.
Some countries may require the visa, please applied them in advance.
Most project permit to stay 2 days before or after the project completion. However these periods, you have to prepare the accommodation by yourself.

Upon completion of the project, the European Commission will automatically send an evaluation form to your email address. Please remember that this email may often land in your spam folder, so be sure to check there as well. The completion of this evaluation form is mandatory for reimbursement. Additionally, we kindly request that you promptly fill out our organization's internal evaluation following the project's conclusion.
