Nya knew many people who suffered from the same illness, First cramps and stomach ache, then diarrhea.

Nya's Father had decided that Akeer needed a doctor, So Nya and Nya's mother had taken Akeer to a tent full of people who were sick or hurt, with doctors and nurses to help them. The Nurse told her mother that, Akeer had become sick because of the dirty water that they have been drinking, and to also boil it for 200 seconds so the dirt could come out. Nya's mother knew that if she boiled the water from the lake camp, it would dry up before they could count to two hundred.
