Grade 12 Iah is doing fine now. She is currently studying at Ateneo de Davao University Senior High School, and she is having a wonderful experience here. As of the moment, she is clouded with thoughts about physics and personal development subjects. Why? She didn't see the timer. Yes, she finished answering on a scratch paper but failed to rewrite all of it. Right now, she's down a bit. I am really taking my academics seriously, but I still encounter a lot of shortcomings. I know that this experience is trying to teach me something.

Future self, having low scores or ecperiencing failures isn't the end of everything. I tell you, you still have a lot to learn. Use that knowledge you gained as a motivation to continue despite the challenges you'll encounter. I am rooting for you! Now you have a lot of people who'll help you with anything in everything. I hope you earned your degree and reached what you've been aiming for. I am confident that you are doing your best in any aspect, but please, don't forget to rest, okay? I know that you often push yourself to the edge, but please do me a favor: always love yourself.

Yes, Personal Development was very helpful because it allowed me to understand myself on a deeper level—my strengths, weaknesses, and values. My key takeaways from Personal Development are the importance of self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and maintaining a positive mindset. I also realized that personal growth takes time and consistency, and it starts with small steps toward becoming a better version of myself. Most importantly, I learned that caring for my mental and emotional well-being is just as important as achieving success.

3. What two topics were your favorites and why?

My two favorite topics were Mental Health and Well-being and Family Relationships. I liked the topic on mental health because it reminded me how important it is to take care of myself, manage stress, and seek help when needed. The topic about family helped me appreciate my loved ones more and understand how communication and empathy strengthen our bond. Both topics taught me lessons that I can apply not just in school, but in my daily life.
