Energy can come from many sources.
We humans use different ways to produce energy example we use the rivers for energy, we use hydro damps to converts gravity causes the water to fall through the water to flow down inside the dam. At the end there is a turbine propeller, which is turned by the moving water. The shaft from the turbine goes up into the generator, which produces electricity which is energy that we can use.

https://youtu.be/rnPEtwQtmGQ

Next we use energy from the wind.
We use wind turbine to capture energy. A wind turbine captures the wind to produce energy. The wind makes the rotor spin as the rotor spins, the movement of the blades drives a generator that creates energy. The motion of the wind turbine turning is called kinetic energy, this power

We also use energy from the sun
Solar-powered panels convert the sun's rays into electricity by exciting electrons in silicon cells using the photons of light from the sun.(https://www.nwwindandsolar.com/solar-power.../how-do-solar-systems-produce-energy/)
