Blossburg is located about 30 miles from the New York boarder, and roughly 8 miles from Mansfield University. The high school that I went to was called North Penn, two years after I graduated they decided to close the school down. I stayed in the Air Force for nine years. I've been lucky to have been stationed at three great bases. Charleston, SC, Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea and Hurlburt Field in Fort Walton Beach FL. I was a 28 year old freshman. My youngest daughter Lauren was just ten days old when I began my college adventure. Once I graduated, I accepted a job at Millville Area High School. This is located nine miles from Bloomsburg. This school is a rather small school, but the kids are great! Below is a picture from last Halloween when the students were allowed to dress up their teacher. Within the past two years we moved into our new house that I made sure was located on a golf course. One of my hobbies is to teach Lauren how to golf.
