Also you will get frostbite and you will need really warm suits. You will need a lot food that can boil in water. Also they have face a snow storm. When they reach it will be all white and they will not see a thing. Also they need to keep a eye out on the dangerous cracks from the ice. Because the polar hat trick is when you walk from the North/South pole to the North/South pole you  could get Frostbite ,your hair could freeze , and problebly bloated from not getting much oxegen and worst of all with out the proper equipment you could die and walking for more then a day in cold weather and barely have any shelter it could be dangerous.
