Excuse my stream of consciousness in this section - it's mostly just reminders for future events and nothing earth-shattering.

ROS and Annotated Agenda was nice, but I wonder if driving to Wrike for some of the to-do's would have been easier for everyone to track in real time.

Having a staff schedule would have been helpful. Spreadsheet with the when, where, who, timing, specific responsibilities, etc. Something at-a-glance where you could see what your responsibilities are for the day/conf.

Needed a point of contact for both the PF and the speaker - often they weren't sure if they could start, how they were doing on timing, etc.

For the larger sessions it would be helpful to have a second or even third staff/volunteer assisting with the microphone during Q&A, helping people to find seats, making sure that the outside noise is kept to a minimum.

Could use some "Quiet Session in Progress" signs during the breakouts.

Good to run through lighting in the mtg room during the walk-through.

Shorter intros.

Shorter acceptance speeches.

Once we were off the agenda, folks felt they could float into sessions whenever which carried throughout the conf.

Group photos - sometimes it's easier to arrange those ahead of time/after and have a photo call time rather than hold the program for a stage shot.

Having a screen in the back of the room with what's been projected for presenters would be helpful or moving the screens so presenters could see what we're all seeing was the feedback I received.

As conference attendees we're trained to look for coffee throughout the day, especially in the AM and an afternoon session after lunch or late afternoon.

Hospitality Suite - in theory VERY swanky - just need it to be someplace away from others.

A reminder to myself that there's a difference btwn good PFs and good Emcees. It's totally a skillset -can we note emcee or host experience in our CRM?

Something to encourage attending all sessions or arriving early/on time?

Some sort of audience recognition/engagement could become a norm before the SOF or another foundation program - silly prizes like, "alum that traveled the farthest!" or "first to register!"

Games - do we like games? Ag Leadership Trivia something. IDK.

A hashtag would be cool to share ahead of time with our ppl - it was v. cool seeing alumni posting from the conference!

Having music is good! Class, ed team, deans, class liaisons, or even speaker-curated playlists would be cool to rotate through - where appropriate.

I only heard a few speakers but was really excited about them, they were fantastic! Auction Items were a nice array of things. Weather was spectacular, especially for our out of town/state guest.
