         <description><![CDATA[<div>If I had to pick one thing to try to improve on in regards to my fitness, I would definitely choose stamina. When I had COVID, my lung capacity completely crashed and because of that, I got out of the habit of working out which dwindled it down even more. It was really hard to get going again, but I have been running a lot lately and it has really helped.</div>]]></description>
