(Like we did last spring when we went full remote). This would give time for:

1. Small groups of scheduled students to be trained on traffic patterns, social distancing, and all the new safety requirements and expectations. I think they need do a campus visit and practice before we bring 40% of them back in person.

2. Teachers to pivot and learn yet another new way of implementing instruction to homies/roomies/zoomies. We need time to practice teaching hybrid + asynchronously in our classrooms and feel like we can safely move about our space, confidently teach students safety expectations and still include the homies & zoomies.
Teachers also need time to practice safety & disinfection protocols in their own rooms.
