         <description><![CDATA[<p><em><mark>Molly is 68 years old, her husband Frank is 74 and</mark></em></p><p><em><mark>has Parkinson’s Disease. He is also becoming</mark></em></p><p><em><mark>increasingly confused and this leads occasionally</mark></em></p><p><em><mark>to aggressive outbursts. You visit Frank weekly to</mark></em></p><p><em><mark>dress his leg ulcer. You are concerned that he may</mark></em></p><p><em><mark>have hit Molly on several occasions but she is very</mark></em></p><p><em><mark>dismissive as she feels she should be able to cope</mark></em></p><p><em><mark>with his behaviour. Molly has had regular care of her</mark></em></p><p><em><mark>grandson Tom since his birth (he is now three and a</mark></em></p><p><em><mark>half years old). She really enjoys caring for him and</mark></em></p><p><em><mark>says it is her greatest pleasure.
