I think we should have a Toy store because if people visit the toy store, then

maybe they'll visit us too and buy stuff. We want more local businesses

because chains would steal our business BUT we don't want a book store because

People buy books online now and we don't think a book store would last very long.

We the parents chose a museum for the empty place on bottom of the apartment on Glebe Road. We want a museum because a museum is a quiet place to look at beautiful works of art. We would also want a museum because it is a fun educational place to take our kids to learn about certain things.We would lastly want a museum to admire Columbia Pike's treasures.

We the kids of Culumbia Pike declare to have a toy store as the store in the new mixed building. First, we do not have a toy store around here and we think it will be pleasing. Second of all, we think it will be nice to the children of Culmbia Pike. Lastly of all, the local buisnuis owners will also like it because they think it will attract people to the area and people will go to there stores because a toy store is close to there store. We, the senior citizens of CP want a dentist office.

it's important to have heathy teeth.

we don't want to loose our teeth and eat Baby food.

It's very convenient To have a dentist downstairs.

You could take your family to the dentist and get teeth checked.

We are old and all we would need to do is go down in the elevator. We wouldn't need to drive and get stuck in terrible traffic.

A dentist office will help make the whole community healthy.
