Behind the beautiful forevers reminds me of article 25, right to adequate living standards because the slums in which our main character lives, are extremely dirty and small for a large family.
Behind the beautiful forevers also reminds me of is article 1, right to equality, since our character lives in the slums and his family is being torn apart he is not being treated equally because if a wealthy man got accused of doing the things Abdul's father was, he could get out of it by bribing the police. The last human right this book reminds me of is right to marriage and family because Abdul's mother was forced to marry and produce children at a very young age.
