Introduction

The specific objective of this report was to find possible solutions to improve the health of employees in a company. Many employees have reported that a solution needs to be found because they have to work hard without enough breaks, during which they could play some sports to promote their health, and without excellent organization. Many have told of the fact that there is no canteen where they can eat healthy food, so they are forced to eat a quick and often unhealthy meal.

Results

20% of the respondents proposed creating a place to have meals.

The most obvious finding to emerge from this study, which could be very beneficial, is the possibility of better collaboration between the employees and the boss because the boss doesn't really know the people who work for him, so he may find that someone could play a different role in this company, in this way it will be possible to change working hours and find time to play sports and take care of their mental as well as physical health.

Recommendation

In general, almost all respondents were in favor of the second proposal on creating a better relationship with the boss in order to find reasonable solutions to all their problems. Only a few of them agree with making a dining area feasible.

220 words

Introduction: The object of report is analysing what should be the best treatment aimed at increasing the psycho-physical wellbeing. The report describes all the potential benefits of physical activity in order to improve the working performance of employees and create a healthy atmosphere even in a workplace, generally considered as stressful. Results The employees have been asked to express a preference on which physical o mental activity should be better to release stress after intense working hours. 80% of employees agree with an innovative idea: the best idea is aimed at creating an outdoor space with sports equipment where employees can establish a deep relationship with nature around them. The contact with nature can help them recharge all the energies for resuming work. The remaining 20% agree with an interesting option which could focus the activity on mental relax: improving physical health coulb be achieved by the multiple benefits of mindfulness. It helps people to put attention on the present moment and increase positive psychological attitudes. Indeed, it contributes to shfift all negative thoughts away from ordinary concerns and teach to realize a satisfied life. Recomendation Therefore, according to the result of purpose, almost the whole employees agree with the purpose of empowering both mental staus and physical conditions ion order to valorize the entire universe of individuals.

Introduction
This report analyses how a company can help to improve employees’ health. 100 people working in the same firm were shown a list of 20 methods to enhance the quality of life and they were asked to choose which one could be the best. The interviewed could also add a brief comment to explain the justifications of their selection.

Results
On the whole they thought that “reducing the time using a computer” could be the best option. In fact 67% of the workers choose that statement. The personal comment showed that the majority of them believed that this could improve their sight and reduce headaches. 21% of the interviewed believed that “having a 10 minutes break every 2 hours of work” is the most approprate way of improving health. They explained that this is very useful to increase concentration, so by having a small pause they will be three times more productive. The 10% remaining suggested that “providing a free psychological support” is the best option as it might be a great escape valve for the ones who could not affort a private specialist.

Recommendation
In conclusion the survay revealed that employees complained the fact that they were forced to spend the majority of their working time using a computer. A proposeal is to make sure that employed would not use a laptop for more than 5 hours per day, compared to the 8 they are used to. Moreover another suggestion is to provide a psychologycal support for the ones in need initially for 3 months to observe if this really has a positive result.

INTRODUCTION

Shopenhauer said “Health is not everything, but without health, everything is nothing”.

I totally agree with this ancient statement because, as far as I am concerned, the role and the importance of health is always the same: a necessary assumption of our life. This is the reason why the raising of awareness is the key for an healthy lifestyle and a well educated population.

This knowledge should be mainly acquired in the contexts where we used to spend the majority of our time, such as our workplace.

RESULTS

In a survey conducted in 2020 in a famous communication company revealed that 88% of employees would like to learn more about wellness.

In particular, 70% of them believe that it is important to gain this awareness at work. According to this, a lot of them suggested some ideas to the company’s director in order to lead employees to have an healthy lifestyle.

One long-standing engineer suggest to make some bicycle available in front of the offices whereby employees are motivated to choose a more active way to go home and to come back at work the next morning. However, only a small number of respondents consider this method successful due to the slowness of bicycle compared to other vehicles.

Other colleagues find this proposal secondary and find it more valuable to operate in terms of diet and nutrition, serving a balanced meals during the lunch break. The most obvious finding to emerge from this study is that almost every employee agree with this idea.

In particular, one of them, thinks that the center approach to reach the purpose consist in an information leaflet describing the nutritional values of the chosen meal.

CONCLUSION

In conclusion all the employees gathered and wrote a letter to the director with a lot of proposals highlighting the efficacy of the leaflet.

The director find it not only valuable but also feasible and incredibly cheap.

At the moment, at a distance of one month, it was applied and l another survey will be conducted soon, to find out if the awareness about health will have increased or not.
