And because of this most people thought not all kids and people could get proper education but that was wrong.          <title>Equal Rights Amendment </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>In March of 1972, Congress passed the Equal Rights Amendment. This stated that equal rights cannot be denied under law. At first 35 states ratified it but 38 states in total needed to so it would be officially passed. This was ruled because if states decided if women were getting abortions or not it would be against women's constitutional right to privacy. </p>]]></description>

This act stated that all school districts had to set up classes in different languages so that immigrants could learn in their language.
