For example: coloured overlays, coloured rulers, pastel paper, books with different coloured paper, highlighters, checklist of punctuation needed for work etc

An alternative way of teaching spellings to phonics. Books are labelled by the characteristics of a child's spellings and misspellings, rather than by age. Activities are mainly pictoral and word sorting, which is rather 'hands-on'.
