Growing up, my mom’s side of the family would teach me a little bit about Hinduism but I really did not know much about it. I  do not practice any religion. I do not feel like I need to practice a religion to keep motivated or feel like I have a purpose in the world.

I feel that I am at an age when I have both a lot of power but also very little. I can vote, I'm a legal adult, etc., so I know I have a voice that I can use and have the ability to change the system. On the other hand I sometimes feel that I do not have much power, because I am still young and am often seen as someone that does not know as much.
