         <description><![CDATA[<div>Muscles are needed for thinks like pumping blood, breathing, protecting internal organs, and many more. There are more than 600 muscles in the human body! Some types of muscle are Cardiac muscle, Smooth muscle, and Skeletal muscle. An example of Cardiac muscle is your heart. The smooth is also your stomach. The skeletal muscle is also your bicep and tricep. The voluntary muscles are the muscles you have control over. The involuntary muscles you can't control. I learned, from the muscle fatigue activity, that lactic acid builds up on your muscles. This is what causes the soreness in you muscles.&nbsp; In these activities the lactic acid would build up making you want drop out of the activity.</div>]]></description>
