Holding ourselves accountable for what we're supposed to be doing in the classroom without having to be told multiple times. Making decisions for us and figuring out what we want to do so we have the outcome we want at the end of the year is only possible with self direction. Make an effort to do your work efficiently and learn how to manage your time wisely. Do not procrastinate when being at home, be determined to do well on homework and tests. If someone is struggling, you should be supportive and try your best to help them.
- Be understanding 
Teachers should be more understanding if a student needs more time for an assignment,  because of stress or other personal problems. 
 - Be respectful 
You never know how others may take something you say. Some people are more sensitive than others. 
-Listen
Hear people out, and put yourself in their shoes. Let them know that you care and you hear them. 
-Help
If you see someone struggling, take it upon yourself to help them instead of judging them or being a bystander.
