I created a Nearpod activity where students share the skills they learn in Makerspaces. They also select their favorite activities and recommend items that should be purchased for their learning spaces. I use this data to share with admin and colleagues. This drives my purchases and budget requests.

Students select their own station, set their own goals, and monitor their own process to reach those goals. The makerspace activities aren't directly aligned with any specific standard or curriculum - the time in the makerspace is time for students to pursue interests above and beyond the curriculum.
