A little bit about myself- I am a UTSA Alumi and graduated with my Bachelors in Biology and my Masters in Health and Kinesiology. After graduating with my masters, I was hired as a faculty member teaching AP1 and AP2. I then decided to go into the medical field where I became an Intraoperative Neuromonitoring Technician-that's a fancy way of saying that I monitored the nervous system of patients during brain and spine surgeries in San Antonio and in Austin!
Covid really intensified the medial field-as I'm sure y'all have heard-so I decided to leave and come back to teaching at UTSA.

This semester is going to be very hands on with lots of real life application and learning. I am looking forward to meeting you all in class!
