      <description>Adam Drybrough’s business education began at a very young age. Born into a family of entrepreneurs, he witnessed firsthand what it takes to run a successful company by observing his parent’s wholesale food-manufacturing business. Applying what he learned in the manufacturing industry, Adam Drybrough broke into real estate investment in the mid-2000s. Within nine months of purchasing his first rental apartment, he had established his own company, Lucid, which owned 100 properties in greater Calgary, Alberta. 

Adam Drybrough’s expertise in real estate encompasses a range of operational, sales, marketing, and management functions. He has extensive experience with both residential and commercial/retail properties. 

Continuing to live and work in the greater Calgary area, Mr. Drybrough provides targeted real estate business consultancy services as a self-employed advisor. When he isn’t working, he enjoys traveling and attending concerts. He is also an avid adventure sports enthusiast who regularly wake-surfs, skydives, and races automobiles.</description>

In this capacity, Adam Drybrough works with new build and renovation properties as well as<a href="http://blog.redefy.com/15-ways-make-money-vacant-land/"> bare land</a>.<br><br>Bare land can provide profitable opportunities for its owners, whether or not the owner chooses to build. New land can be an ideal location for a mobile home or a tiny house village, both of which turn land into livable property with a minimum amount of development. If the land is far away from gas lines and other utilities, it may be appealing as a location for an off-the-grid house.<br><br>Similarly, undeveloped land can be an alluring spot for trailer or tent campers, depending on the regulations in the area. Some parcels may be ideal locations to establish hiking, biking, or cross-country skiing trails, while others do well as community parks or outdoor recreation facilities. Those with business savvy can get creative with their offerings and create zipline parks, outdoor obstacle courses, or spiritual retreats.<br><br>Landowners who prefer to develop their land have multiple options as well. In some areas, a parking lot or public storage facility is the most profitable use of a plot of land. In others, a golf course attracts more people.<br><br>If the land is rich in natural resources, the owner may wish to drill a well or create a mineral mine. Some locations offer the opportunity for oil and gas drilling, though many landowners prefer to dedicate their space to wind or solar farms.
