This might leave us feeling helpless, as if we no longer have control over our life. These include other people's behaviors and emotions, how long the situation will endure, and what could happen in the future. Exposure to the sun and ocean air is beneficial to our mental wellness. Getting in the water and moving about improves my awareness while also providing me with some physical exertion. It relieves tension, and I'm accompanied by my two babies.
