The child had the insight that the teacher is within them. The obedience of the child within him -one can take direction from a superior. The child reaches maturity and can understand the instruction and direction. More normalized and in control of their actions. They know the routine of the classroom for a period of 3 years and the relationship between the child and teacher makes the difference. The teacher knows each child is different and can provide guidance that connects with the child. New teacher within the classroom has the challenge to discover the connection with each of the children.

Insights from the courses and discovering why in Montessori is the way it is helps. The example of the dog and their owner where the dog follows the next direction. Traditional teaching is so different and working with 9 months consistently with the children building connections and insights with where the child is with their learning. When the children are bored with the material introducing it differently or supplying new work is important. The way the teacher communicates is also important -respectful (Grace and Courtesy).

The third level is when the obedience skill has been mastered. He or She trusts the teacher. Enjoy the order and structure of Montessori. The child is the master in the materials after 3 years through the work cycle and can conclude it independent -Normalized.
