         <description><![CDATA[<div>To me differentiation is instructing and assessing students in various ways that suit their learning needs. Differentiation in my classroom is differentiated reading levels of the same article; different writing processes and structures depending on level; different modes of production to demonstrate understanding; and creating completely different assignments for Victor.&nbsp;<br><br>After reading and learning more about differentiation, I now understand that differentiation can happen not only on the classroom level but the whole school level as well. </div>]]></description>
