We've experienced intense ice storms, tornadoes, and flash floods. Even walking downtown, you feel the harm of the urban heat island effect.

The Ohio River is plagued by ongoing pollution, primarily due to the discharge of barges, sewage waste, agricultural runoff, and urban pollution. Its murky brown waters remind us of the harm our city inflicts on natural ecosystems.
