She was such a sweet and caring teacher, she never just taught to her students she cared about us. Mrs. Wright was special, she just always seemed to understand the struggles of being student and she was very considerate of it. Mrs. Wright will always be in my heart and everyone else's. There will never be a teacher like her.

I remember when we read our first story with Mrs. Wright. The twist at the end was the winner of the lottery gets stoned to death. The very first day of classes, Mrs. Wright spoke to us about how she left a career in Wall Street to become an educator. She told that in her experience, so few teachers genuinely care about the opinions of their students, and she felt it was her life's calling to do so.
