Although this person has many positive attributes, they have some grammatical errors in their cover letter. The applicant also seems to be passionate about the work as well. That being said, I am on the hiring team for a reason. I am in search for people who are competent, wiling, able, flexible, and strictly professional. All of these criteria need to be met in a certain manner for the applicant to be considered for the job. They have lots of real world experience, as well as adequate schooling. They also seem to have a passion for what they are doing. However, the way this is written looks like the author cannot write without autocorrect.
