I sang and played guitar and I was very happy with the overall quality of this performance.
I think me and Nathan worked together very well to the extent that neither of us had to focus on what we were playing as it felt very well rehearsed and comfortable to play.

Everyone played their part very well and learnt the different sections very quickly. I think James on the drums worked very well as he kept a good "skiffle esc" beat and thus accompanied the bouncy country feel of the song. Overall I had no problems with the guitar parts I had to play, there was a bridge section in the song that I had to run through a few times to get the timing right as it comes in almost slightly early on purpose. Other than that there was no issues. Graces vocals were very good but I would of probably turned her microphone up if I could do it again because certain lower sections were harder to hear.

Need your love so bad is a song that was made aware to nathan and I when Paul welled and Adele covered it, we are both unaware of who wrote the song originally. Nathan and I definitely had the most challenging parts in this song as nathan had a very vast chord structure to memorise and I had some fiddly lead guitar parts I had to play, it was more about capturing the feel of the guitar in that song and making sure it all sounds appropriate which I think was achieved to a very good standard. If I could do it again I'd probably just explore any other guitar part options and see if I can improve certain improvised sections.

For punk I spoke about how power chords are usually used and sliding from one fret to the next 

I also talk about how ska is played on the offbeat and also speak about simple riffs and melodies that are played over the top
