FORBIDDEN LOVE

The movie is about a princess falling in love with a stripper and her desperate need for recognition of her family. 

The plot is a bit complex: it starts with the main character looking for a new place to live and work. Then, the spectator realizes that this girl has a connection with the girl that used to live/lived there years ago. So some of the people, that/who met the old girl, are now coming for the new one, since they had noticed their connection.

Anya Taylor-Joy is the star, and her acting is awesome. In fact, there are some scenes that you will believe she’s acting for, at least, 4 different characters.

I’m not keen on scary movies, but since we’re at the spooky season, I wanted to watch “Last night in Soho”, and I couldn’t be happier with this movie.   

I loved this film because, at the beginning, you wouldn’t believe you could be afraid of it, but it holds the tension until the end. You can cry, laugh and even dance while watching this movie.

I think it is perfect for this season. Although it doesn’t seem a scary movie, you will suffer a little bit with it. If you dare to watch it, will you be brave enough to discover the truth?

The exorcist is a 1970s horror movie directed by -. It has an exceptional cast starring -,-,-. Throughout narrative and technical innovations, It changed the history of the genre forever and has become a must-see for the fans of the paranormal and the unknown.

It is about a real-life event that took place in the states in the sixties, where a young girl gets in touch with  the hereafter via a ouija board and eventually gets possessed by a mysterious entity. The mother of the girl calls a priest -the exorcist- to help them. The plot evolves around these series of events and scares even the most skeptical audience. 

For me, It’s a magnificent movie that is not only about gore and graphic scenes -something very common in today’s horror-, but also deepens in the nature of mother-daughter relationship, the lost of innocence in childhood and religion. The plot escalates at a perfect pace and the cliffhanger at the end leaves anyone breathless. I’d reccomend this masterpiece to anyone and not only the horror enthusiasts. 

It's a touching but yet funny movie to watch with the whole family. The characters are well thought through. It is really impressive that both twins are played by the same actress: Lindsey Lohan. The atmosphere is well transmitted, which is difficult since UT takes place in two different cultures.

For instance, some turning points were predictable. Eventhough it is a remake of "Das doppelte Lottchen" from Erich Kästner it is quite innovative. 

To sum up the movie is a great recommendation for some Disney-90's vibes with the whole family.

 

Stranger things is an American science fiction television drama created by the Duffer Brothers. The first season was released on Netflix on July 15, 2016. 

 

It’s an exciting, heartbreaking and sometimes scary tv-show that unravel mysteries in a small Midwestern town in the 1980s, involving supernatural forces and mysterious event occurring around the town affecting it’s people. The main character is a girl that has supernatural powers and tries to protect the town from the supernatural world alongside her “normal” friends.

 

The main factor why I love the tv-series is because it never fails to impress. Every scene is filled with a lot of action and is complemented by impressive and outstanding actors’ performance. I was pleasantly surprised that such young actors can be so emotionally mature and be able to express their emotions so realistically.

 

To conclude, I recommend watching this show because it pulls elements from a range of genres and has something to offer for everyone.

I really like this series because the plot arouses the viewer's curiosity with full of tension, with non-stereotyped characters and also, well acted. 

The principles reasons why I recommend this series is, first of all, the assassin's way of killing, that is very original. A slow and painful death. Secondly, the cast and the main characters. The characters are appealing and true to life. Highlights the character of Elena Blanco, played by Nerea Barro or the mother of the victim, played by Monica Esterrados. Both get the public to empathize with their characters. If this is not enough to encourage you to watch the series, the last reason I will give you is that it is a psychological horror thriller directed by Paco Cabezas. A successful filmmaker in Hollywood. Highly recommended. 

Can the zombies in this series give more scares? The thing that I liked the most was that the zombies appeared everywhere. In addition, the series was going very slowly, but with many scenes of intensity and surprise. 

The photography of the series is very careful and the landscapes are spectacular and terrifying: forests with a suspicious fog, abandoned cabins, fortresses with zombies hidden under the ground waiting for the night...

I would definitely recommend seeing The Kingdom on Halloween night, especially if you see it with friends because the scares are shared and then you end up laughing.

If you're a fan of this genre, this is your series: A zombie pandemic, 'Game of Thrones'-style political intrigue, a magnificent cast and tons of violence in just two six-episode seasons.
