2. In Rubric A, everything would be jumbled together, so grades would easily be deducted for poorly explained content.

3. Definitely yes, because, as mentioned earlier, the student would feel confident that, regardless of their level of English, they could achieve a good mark in the assessment.

4. Yes, because, to do justice to both rubrics, I would have to read the answers twice and that means spending more time grading exams. But that way, I would avoid being unfair.

Language should have enough weight to ensure effective communication, but content knowledge should remain the primary focus.

The importance of language accuracy may vary across disciplines. In fields such as health sciences or engineering, the correct application of concepts and reasoning is often more important than minor language errors in my opinion.

In health sciences, errors that affect the interpretation of clinical concepts, research findings, or methodological procedures can interfere with meaning. Minor grammar or spelling mistakes usually do not affect understanding if the intended message remains clear.

Transparent criteria and constructive feedback can help balance rigor and fairness.

4.- Yes, when the student knows that if he speaks and write well in english the subject of the topic they gonna deserve a higher grade, they gonna study more english. Is a way to persuade the students to study more english, and also compels them to study, and I think that's a main gold to EMI.

5.- Only like extrapoints in the grade, because the most important is the content not how the students express their knowledge, if they demostrate they understood, they gonna get a very good grade.

6.- There´s some words that have a totaly diferent meaning in Perú Law and US or UK Law. Like Jurisprudence and Common Law, they mean the same, but that word Common Law not exist in our Justice System.

2. Maybe the student can’t communicate the content very well in English, and then their grade may be lower than expected.

3. Yes, the students will be able to assess themselves.

5. I think that offering extra points is a good way to motivate students to improve their English.

7. Basically, it is related to technical vocabulary that students must learn in English.

8. In my case, it is very beneficial to teach the course in English because it is an intermediate-level course, and all the content will serve a support for their next courses.
