2005 yılından bu yana Okulöncesi Öğretmeni olarak çalışıyorum. 2017 yılından bu yana da eTwinning ve Erasmus+ Projeleri yapıyorum. Yenilikçi ve çağa ayak uyduran bir eğitim sistemini benimsiyorum. Öğrencilerin proje temelli öğrenmelerini destekleyen etkinlikler planlamayı tercih ediyorum. Yaparak yaşayarak yerinde öğrenmeyi destekliyorum.

I am a methodologist for teachers, and also, mentor teacher for students at the West University of Timișoara, specializing in preschool education pedagogy, for 14 years.

I have participated in eTwinning project as a partener since 2015.

I am interested in the most beautiful, varied, attractive activities that inspire me and inspire children’s love for knowledge, self-education, diversity and openness to new experiences.

1. School website and social media

• Regular updates about project activities, achievements, and important events were posted on the school's official website and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram).

2. School newsletters and local press

• Articles and short reports about the project were published in the school's newsletter and shared with the local community through newspapers or local news websites.

3. TwinSpace sharing

• All project outcomes (photos, videos, posters, digital books) were uploaded on the TwinSpace platform, accessible to all project partners, students, teachers, and parents.

4. Exhibitions and events at school

• Organizing exhibitions, project days, or final presentations where students showcased their work (posters, drawings, stories, crafts) to the school community and parents.

5. Participation in educational fairs and conferences

• Presenting the project experience at educational fairs, teacher meetings, or professional conferences to share best practices with other educators.

6. Project newsletter or e-magazine

• Creating a final digital magazine or newsletter summarizing the project's activities, experiences, and results, distributed among partner schools and shared publicly.

7. Certificates and acknowledgments

• Awarding participation certificates to students and teachers, and displaying eTwinning labels and certificates of quality within the school.

8. Official reports and presentations

• Including the project as an example of good practice in annual school reports, strategic development plans, and national educational networks.

It is my 17th year in the profession. I have been an assistant manager for 7 years. I have been working in Gölcük district of Kocaeli. I have been doing etwinning projects since the pandemic period. I have a quality label and European labels. I am the district eTwinning support ambassador, and I also serve as a mentor to teach this platform. I have absolute faith that it is useful and beneficial. I believe that this project will also proceed with success.
