Deucalion and Pyrrha

When Zeus, the king of the gods, resolved to destroy all humanity by a flood, Deucalion constructed an ark in which, according to one version, he and his wife rode out the flood and landed on Mount Parnassus. Because they offered a sacrifice and inquired how to renew the human race, they were ordered to cast behind them the bones of their mother. The couple correctly interpreted this to mean they should throw behind them the stones of the hillside, and they did so. Those stones thrown by Deucalion became men, while those thrown by Pyrrha became women. In early Greek versions Hermes told the couple directly to cast stones behind them. This is very similar to the Biblical story of Noah and his ark.

In the first world there were four corners of the world and there were four clouds for each corner. The black cloud represented females. The white cloud was representing males. The black and white clouds formed the yellow cloud. The yellow cloud made yellow corn. Then the blue cloud was formed and created turquoise. Animals were formed in the water, the first being was the coyote. Then came the wasp people, ant people, spider people, and salt people. They were called mist people.
In the second world all of the people came up to the Blue world and found different species of blue birds. There was fighting and killing and they fled to the yellow world.
In the third world, people came to the yellow world and two rivers formed, the male river and female river. There were six mountains and no sun. Eventually they searched and found the light.
In the fourth world was small and the people crawled through the water and a turkey with small white speckles emerged. The water buffalo sent a flood. The turquoise boy collected different pollen. The coyote gave back the boy child and he was the thunder and lighting. The coyote kept the girl child and she was the light mist. Then a badger came from the yellow cloud.
In the fifth world the first man was not satisfied with the fourth world. A mountain lion emerged and the people had to choose between the mountain lion and the wolf for their chief. The people who chose the wolf became animals and birds. Those who chose the mountain lion became the people of earth.

Before creation, the Earth was simply made up of the sky above and the water and wild marshland below. The sky was ruled by the great god Olorun, and the marshland was ruled by Olokun. The young god Obatala, who lived among the gods in the sky, wished to add life to the marshland below. Olorun gave Obatala permission to begin his quest to bring life to the marshland. Orunmila, the oldest son of Olorun, told Obatala to create a gold chain long enough to climb down to the marshland. He also told Obatala to gather a chicken, a black cat, and a snail's shell filled with sand. Obatala climbed down as far as he could towards the ocean down below, and poured the sand out of the snail's shell which created a small pile of sand in the water. He then dropped the chicken onto the sand, which spread the sand all over and created land. Obatala then built clay statues and asked Olorun to breathe life into them. This brought about the creation of humans. Olokun felt that her realm had been invaded and became angry. She brought great floods upon the humans, killing many of them, so the humans made sacrifices to the gods in the sky for protection from Olokun. Olokun agreed to leave the humans alone after being convinced by the gods from the sky.

The story starts with nothing. God made the heavens and earth. The earth had nothing to it beside darkness. Then God made light. He called the light day and the darkness night. God then separated the water under the sky with land. Then he made plants grow with seeds to grow over the years. Then he separated the day and night. Then he made sea creators to live in the water. Then he made animals for land, and after making more and more he made humans to rule over the earth. So God made the world from nothing

The younger sister was pregnant while the eldest carried her child on her back. They travelled the land and hunted and gathered food. They named the different species as they walked. They eventually found men and had sex with them. When the younger sister was ready to give birth, the eldest was to collect soft bark for a bed. The older sister's menstrual blood to fall into a puddle, which angered the god Yurlunggur, a python-human hybrid. He then swallowed them and their sons for polluting the well. They all eventually were regurgitated along with 2 men who then became worshippers of the god Yurlunggur. This ceremony is used today as a type of boys-to-men initiation.
