         <description><![CDATA[<div>The fact that diverse groups offer more creative potential is super compelling to me and at the same time represents a very difficult equation as there are various diversities (sex, age, Einstellung) with positive and negative impacts for the group’s creative potential. This area offers huge potential to optimize team constellation in numerous matters in all kind of environments. <br>The idea that groups learn from the experience and creativity of other groups enables an almost endless increase in creativity. Like a Perpetuum mobile.  In this context, one could explore on a company level how regular group exchanges affect creativity. <br>Another super intersing aspect is the fact that a group should rather foster criticism instead of compliance. Here, one could work on guidelines to show the balance between criticism and compliance and their effects on group creativity. <br><br></div>]]></description>
