         <title>The Problem with Advice </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Stanier repeatedly references a concept he calls the "Advice Monster" throughout his book. Stanier proposes giving advice is typically not warranted or necessary for several reasons, including the following:<br><br>-Giving advice means that we aren't asking questions.<br><br>-Advice often attempts to give a simple solution to a complex problem.<br><br>-Advice can often waste other people's time, and can often seem cold detached or inconsiderate.<br><br>Of course, there are some exceptions to this rule. Stanier suggest that mangers use common sense to determine whether to give advice or not, but suggests that people air on the side of caution.<br><br>(Stanier, 2016)</div>]]></description>
