         <description><![CDATA[<div>When using other search engines they base their search results on the word you used. Therefore if you searched orange the first page that will pop up will be that with the word orange used most. Google's results were different, when searching Google used an Algorithm ranking pages based on the number of pages linked back to it which led to their success. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Backrub would eventually become Google after the word "googol" giving their name a slight twist. The word googol meaning the number 1 with 100 zeros behind it. The correlation being that the search engine user would yield large quantities of information if using Google. </div>]]></description>

Those include being able to drink beer and wine on Fridays, free meals and snacks provided by the office many catering to those who are organic, on-site gyms in certain facilities, up to 22 weeks of paid leave for new mothers and even fathers receiving 7-12 weeks of paid leave during adoption or after the birth of a child. These are just a few of the perks for working at google. </div>]]></description>
