I am very proud of this grade for multiple reasons. The first reason is that most of what this class focuses on are people that have jobs which I am to young to have a job. The second reason is the fact that most of this class includes math, which I hate, i’ve never been good at math. I’m proud because typically im am a shy person and I hate talking, so to do this took a lot of courage. I received a 95 on this piece. The guidelines of this project was to have a window, a significant body part, and something from your book satchel. My favorite part of this piece is the ivy on the stone wall and the meditating monk. The reason why I like the monk is because I cannot draw people, it just doesn’t work out, so the fact that it actually looks like a person and not a skin colored blob is amazing and is when I went to draw the mouth it turned into a mustache which is also historically inaccurate but it’s still funny. 
 The reason I chose to do a Cambodian/Indonesian inspired temple is because traveling to both of those countries is on my bucket list and I also try to focus my artwork on the rich history of different countries and cultures.

I desire to be an archeologist and a photographer. My goal to get there is to recive a masters degree in archeology.
  Right now academically I think I’m doing just fine in order to succeed.
